About the Role:

The Aged Care Professional will lead the delivery of high-quality care through management of education, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving staff capability, overseeing clinical governance, and ensuring full accreditation and quality performance outcomes.

  • Manage quality, education, and accreditation compliance through implementation, delivery, and support.
  • Develop and implement Staff Training & Development calendars for staff to ensure alignment with best practice and ongoing changes in resident management.
  • Review audit tools to ensure accurate analysis of service provision and reflect accurate standards.
  • Mentor teams in coaching and mentoring to drive a positive, high-performing culture.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Nursing (Div 1) and current registration with relevant authority.
  • Experience in conducting training in a group or individual basis.
  • Qualification in Quality Assurance /Assessment, Quality Systems, and relevant Management Degree or relevant experience in aged care or residential services delivery.
