Heavy Vehicle Technician

Ventia is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Diesel Fitter to support our team working on the Defence maintenance contract. This position will see you join our Vehicle Mechanical Crew working across the workshop floor maintaining an array of different Defence vehicle fleets.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled servicing and vehicle inspections
Diagnose and repair vehicle faults
Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions and differentials
Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired or replaced parts
Carry out minor body repairs and minor trim repairs
Requirements
Trade Certificate III as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Diesel Fitter
Current WA HR Driver's License
Certificate II Automotive Air Conditioning or willing to obtain
Open and clear communication within a team environment
