AVCT Support Team Leader Job Description

This is an opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals who support in-court technology.

As the AVCT Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the AVCT support technicians to ensure consistent service delivery and workload management.

  • Lead a team of AVCT support professionals and provide high-quality, timely service and support to stakeholders.
  • Develop and promote collaborative work practices between team members to maximise individual skills and learning and development.
  • Investigate and resolve problems in systems and services, and contribute to continuous improvement practices and operational planning activities.

This role provides leadership opportunities to deliver high-quality service in a critical support environment. If you enjoy solving problems, guiding a team, and improving systems that directly impact users, this is a strong opportunity.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency in AV systems, IT, and networking technologies.
