Your Role

In this role, you will be mainly working on:

  • Collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met for ICT and AV requests and bookings;
  • Delivering high-quality AV systems for corporate events, conferences and virtual broadcasts;
  • Maintaining and remotely managing audio, visual, and environmental control hardware;
Your Background

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

  • Tertiary/TAFE qualified with notable experience in operating Audio, Vision, and ICT equipment;
  • Ability or understanding of IT networks is an advantage;
  • Experience with AV or IT remote management systems;
  • Strong customer service & communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build trust with a varied range of key stakeholders;
  • Well-developed time management skills with good availability for shifts and a focus on attention to detail;
  • Purposeful and dedicated in implementing results-focused solutions;
