Key Responsibilities:- Perform sales and merchandising duties at store level, adhering to communicated trade standards.
- Identify and capitalize on incremental sales opportunities wherever possible.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, and correct ticketing and POS are in place.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and store personnel.
- Adhere to scheduled call plans and complete in-store tasks as requested through i-CAP and Territory Manager.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to achieve business objectives and targets through selling, effective management, and retention of POS, as well as resolving non-compliance issues.
- Higher school certificate preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales/merchandising role, preferably in a grocery or FMCG organization.
- Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Creativity, Problem-Solving, and Basic Selling Skills.
