We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Support Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description
  • Support sales agents with various tasks including banking and purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral, and preparing contracts.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to providing high-level customer service. They will also possess creative flair in written and content design, with an interest in Real Estate, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role
  • Manage leads pipeline and database prospecting.
  • Provide administrative support to sales agents.
  • Assist with sales listings and ensure smooth sales campaigns.
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries, schedule home appraisals and open homes.
  • Prepare and develop advertising material, contracts and information memorandums.
