Main Responsibilities
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their employment goals;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented in compliance with regulatory requirements;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • An overall desire to be part of our team, with a true belief in our purpose: connecting people and business so both can thrive;
