As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the digital reputation of our clients. This includes integrating legal strategy with crisis communications and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive organic growth across practice areas through technical SEO, keyword targeting, and content hubs.
  2. Create and design digital suppression, clean-up, and profile-building services for clients.
  3. Integrate legal workflows with SEO/PR strategies to maximize their effect.
  4. Monitor search visibility, sentiment, and keyword mentions for clients and the firm.
  5. Secure high-authority placements to populate positive search results.

This role combines SEO, content strategy, PR, and brand protection in one seat, allowing you to work on high-stakes matters and have immediate visibility presenting alongside partners to C-suite executives.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in SEO, digital PR, or online reputation management.
  • Demonstrated success in improving search visibility and managing reputations online.
  • The ability to confidently present complex digital concepts in simple terms.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong writing skills for both search-optimised and media-ready content.
