Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for partnering with hiring leaders to define specific roles, locations and functional areas. You will make a sourcing plan for corporate, graduate and volume hiring roles, work on external employer branding, vendor management, research and analysis, while providing the best-in-class stakeholder management experience and candidate experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies that meet business needs.
  • Represent the company in external forums (career fairs, pre-placement presentations, vendor conferences, etc.), develop and execute round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region (faculty, recruits, potential candidates, universities management, etc.) leveraging alumni support.
  • Identify effective sourcing channels (advertisements, portals, referrals, etc.) including posting job openings on various job sites and understanding the best way to source for the respective requirements.
  • Manage stakeholders including internal hiring managers/teams, broader stakeholder groups and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experience by leading senior level hiring programs, positioning the role appropriately to the candidate, developing niche hiring programs to attract talent from premier institutions/organizations.
  • Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking to determine focus areas to identify talent acquisition trends and gaps.
  • Partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities, enable vendor scalability through capability building, monitor performance and process compliance of vendors to ensure achievement of recruitment objectives.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to recruitment standards/process compliance.
