Healthcare Educator

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our clients
• Collaborate with staff members to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage staff and promote learning
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and training

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments
• Background in training, education, or learning and development
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Alignment with our organization's values
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
• High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards
• Hold a valid Driver's License
