Healthcare Trainer

• Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
• Background in training, education, or learning and development.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Alignment with our organization's values.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
• High-level understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
