Role Overview

Norco AgriSolutions is seeking an experienced Agribusiness Territory Manager to join our team in NSW and QLD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining business partnerships with our established clients, continually seeking out growth opportunities, and building trust and rapport with customers through the provision of expert advice and customer service.

  • Manage key accounts to ensure sustainable revenue and good customer relations.
  • Active canvassing with the objective of strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and growing sales, gross profit, and market share.
  • Develop sales strategies and programs with targeted new accounts and manage existing accounts to achieve sales budgets and business unit objectives.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence to aid in operational decisions and procurement strategy, playing a key role in delivering overall business objectives.
Responsibilities

The Agribusiness Territory Manager will be responsible for:

  • Sales and Account Management: Manage key accounts to ensure sustainable revenue and good customer relations. Identify and develop new business opportunities, and grow sales, gross profit, and market share.
  • Business Development: Develop sales strategies and programs with targeted new accounts and manage existing accounts to achieve sales budgets and business unit objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights and market intelligence to aid in operational decisions and procurement strategy, playing a key role in delivering overall business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in the agribusiness industry in agricultural sales or similar specialising in livestock nutrition/production systems.
  • A passionate and engaging sales professional with a strong presence.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to work as a team player within a small team environment.
  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office and POS.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • A high focus and commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • A current clean C Class driver's licence.
