About the Role

Join a team of dedicated professionals as we seek an experienced Child Development Worker to lead our Play2Learn program in Bowen, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership - Plan and facilitate weekly playgroup sessions that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Culturally Sensitive Outreach - Develop creative strategies to engage vulnerable families with our programs and promote social cohesion.
  • Needs Assessment - Identify and address physical, social/emotional, and educational needs of children through targeted interventions.

  • Program Evaluation - Monitor processes and collect data to inform program improvements, ensuring maximum impact.
