Senior Clinician - Developmental Disability Service
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our team in the Developmental Disability Service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and leadership to support children, adolescents, and their families with mental health issues and developmental disability-related health concerns.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to multidisciplinary teams and staff.
- Deliver advanced clinical services to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous professional development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, psychiatry, social work).
- Demonstrated experience in developmental disability and child and adolescent mental health work.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to coordinate workflow and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to apply specialist skills in resolving complex clinical problems.
