The Horticulturist Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supporting teams of Team Leaders and General Hands in delivering high-quality gardening, cleaning, and general maintenance services across a diverse range of commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional teams to achieve exceptional results through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess trade certification in Horticulture, proven experience leading medium to large teams, and excellent administrative and scheduling capabilities.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of contract services. The Horticulturist Supervisor will work closely with Regional Operations Managers to prepare tenders and quotations, and maintain compliance with ISO Certifications.

Requirements
  • Trade certification in Horticulture (mandatory).
  • Proven experience leading medium to large teams.
  • Ability to supervise across multiple and remote locations.
  • Strong human resource skills including relationship building, leadership, collaboration, and a participative approach.
  • Excellent administrative and scheduling capabilities.
