Job Title: Risk Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an analytical professional with a specialization in risk management to play a pivotal role in safeguarding our platform's integrity.

As a Risk Intelligence Specialist, you will work on proactive monitoring, analysis, and regular reporting of customer activity to detect and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a fair gaming environment.

Your responsibilities include ensuring any abuse across our platforms is identified, analyzed, reported, and actioned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze customer activity, transactions, gameplay, and related metrics to identify irregularities or risks.
  • Investigate flagged risks and deliver assessments and resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders with insights to guide risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve risk detection protocols.
  • Enhance risk assessment methodologies to match evolving threats.

About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in data analytics, particularly in risk-related roles. Your proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), as well as SQL and Python, will be essential in this position.

A strong problem-solving, judgment, and communication skillset is required to thrive in this role. Bonus points for experience with Jira and Google Suite, cryptocurrency knowledge, and knowledge of iGaming, Sports, and Gambling.
