Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated culinary professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, portioning, chopping, and storing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate needs during busy periods to ensure optimum service.
  • Check appliance temperatures and food quality.
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food presentation.
  • Monitor food quantity prepared and portions served.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
  • Wash and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen area, including tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Prepare and cook meals.
  • Set-up, clean, and break down work station.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Trade qualification as a qualified pastry chef or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety principles.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for food and desire to grow professionally.
