Job Title: Senior Pastry Professional

Seeking a skilled and passionate pastry professional to join our dynamic team in the main production kitchen.

As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for creating exceptional desserts, pastries, cakes, and bakery products that exceed our guests' expectations.

You will work collaboratively with other chefs to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is eager to take their skills to the next level and contribute to the success of our hotel's culinary program.

Key Requirements:
  • Completed Certificate 3 in Patisserie qualification recognized in Australia
  • Previous experience as a pastry chef in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, with a passion for producing high-quality cuisine
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
