Grouting Operations Manager

This role is critical to the success of our infrastructure project, Snowy 2.0, in the NSW region.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Grouting Operations Manager will oversee and manage grouting, backfilling, and steel lining operations according to project specifications and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure activities align with project timelines and objectives.
- Lead and manage grouting, backfilling, and steel lining teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure competency and compliance with safety standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required for this position.
- Relevant certifications in tunnelling, grouting, backfilling, steel lining, and spoil management are preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role is desired.
