Job Description

We are a leading geotechnical engineering company, delivering industry-leading foundations and ground improvement solutions to the building, construction, and mining industries for over 60 years.

The Jet Grout Specialist plays a vital role in the successful execution of Jet Grouting projects across Australia. This is a full-time position based in Victoria, reporting to the Project Manager.

This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fluid mixing plant, high-pressure grout pumps, and cement storage at the fluid mixing plant. They will also mentor and train team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in operating fluid mixing plants and associated equipment.

This role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills. The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors is essential.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Jet Grouting, hold relevant qualifications and High-risk tickets, and possess a solid understanding of mechanical plant and equipment used in Jet Grout operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fluid mixing plant, high-pressure grout pumps, and cement storage.
  • Mentor and train team members.
  • Assist with testing, quality checks, and calibration on project sites.
  • Maintain precise records of testing, calibration, and inclinometer readings.
  • Provide strategic and technical advice to Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors.

  • Demonstrated Jet Grouting experience.
  • Relevant qualifications and High-risk tickets.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical plant and equipment used in Jet Grout operations.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills.
