Job Title: Grout Plant Manager

As a Grout Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our fluid mixing plants and high-pressure grout pumps. Your key focus areas include operational efficiency, quality control, and maintaining precise records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain fluid mixing plants and associated equipment to ensure seamless operations
  • Train and mentor team members in operating complex plant systems and associated equipment
  • Assist with testing, quality checks, and calibration on project sites
  • Maintain accurate records of testing, calibration, and other site data
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors to provide technical advice and support

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in jet grouting and high-pressure pump operations
  • Relevant qualifications and high-risk work licenses
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment used in geotechnical projects
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Advanced understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and foundation systems
