Job Title: Leasing Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate leasing professional to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and attending property inspections
  • Managing the leasing and routine maintenance of an upscale portfolio
  • Preparing lease agreements and securing new tenants
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
  • Advertising and updating property listings online

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Class 2 driver's licence or be in the process of obtaining one
  • A genuine passion for real estate and property, with a long-term vision for career progression
  • Ideally at least 6 months' experience in a similar position, although no experience can be considered if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn
  • A high level of personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
  • Exceptional people skills and a drive to achieve results
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
