Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leasing professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high volume of leasing matters, utilizing cutting-edge technology.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing leasing matters from instruction to completion. Key duties include:
- Drafting, negotiating and finalising lease documents;
- Drafting client correspondence;
- Maintaining and updating client precedents;
- Liaising with clients and tenants or their representatives;
- Managing the lease renewal process;
- Advising on ancillary lease matters;
- Understanding requirements for lodgement of documents in PEXA;
- Recording time in relevant systems.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work on an interesting and varied range of property and leasing matters.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of leasing experience in a busy, high volume environment;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- An innovative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients;
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work;
- Experience working with PEXA and other relevant technologies;
- Strong knowledge of leasing law and practice.
