Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable vehicle collector to join our service team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers with a warm and welcoming manner.
  • You will direct customers to our service departments for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing.
  • You will collect and return customers' vehicles for service in a timely and safe manner.
  • You will manage and direct visitor parking.
  • You will coordinate with service advisors to maintain pickup schedules.
  • You will maintain a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a good command of the English language, punctuality, reliability, a valid driver's license, high standards of personal presentation, excellent communication skills, and a positive can-do attitude.
