About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Trolley Collector. As a Trolley Collector, you will be responsible for ensuring that trolleys are available for use and maintaining pristine store conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a vehicle to collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs
  • Pull trolleys up a ramp onto the collection vehicle
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to designated bays
  • Conduct pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Comply with road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • Perform cleaning and waste disposal tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Ambitious mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Full Australian drivers license or Provisional P2 drivers license (Green P Plates)
  • Physical fitness to collect and load trolleys throughout the shift
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
