Job Opportunity: On-Site Specimen Collector

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable professional to join our team as an on-site specimen collector. This is a flexible, casual position based in Sydney's south western suburbs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be available to work varying hours, and have a strong ability to multitask.

As a specimen collector, you will be responsible for the collection of urine and oral fluid specimens from clients across various locations. You will also conduct breath testing for alcohol and maintain accurate records of all visits and samples collected.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with occasional after-hours on-call responsibilities. A valid driver's license and manual vehicle driving experience are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and excellent time management skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite testing for drugs of abuse from urine or oral fluid specimens.
  • Conduct onsite breath testing for alcohol.
  • Maintain chain of custody and detailed records of all visits and samples.
  • Timely transport of samples after collection.

We offer full training to become an accredited onsite specimen collector and support office-based administration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to handle biological specimens effectively.
