About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients. You will provide tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice, collaborating with underwriters to secure competitive terms and finalise policies. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals, building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in general insurance, ideally in broking or account management
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
  • Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications (Tier 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
