About the Role

Framework Search & Select is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Sydney. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, value engineering, and claims management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on quantity surveying matters.
  • Manage a team of quantity surveyors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • A degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in Australia.
  • Membership of a relevant professional organization.
