About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ivory Group. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and diligent delivery of projects from feasibility to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Pre and Post Contract duties to ensure seamless project execution
  • Facilitate bank draw down reports to maintain accurate financial records
  • Responsible for variations and progress claims to ensure timely payment
  • Lead and support a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Professional Quantity Surveying experience in Australia
  • Liaise with consultants and key stakeholders to ensure effective project communication
