Global Product Operations Director

As the head of Product Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the global product operations function.
You will lead a team of Product Operations Managers, empowering them to bridge the gap between product, technology, and sales/service operations.
Our goal is to drive operational excellence, provide critical insights to inform strategic decisions, and ensure a world-class client and employee experience at scale.
We offer a range of solutions including global business accounts, payments to 180 countries in 30+ currencies, and currency risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a global team of Product Operations Managers.
- Provide clear direction and development opportunities to empower your team.
- Develop and implement incident response and resolution processes.
- Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for exceptional support.
- Serve as the primary contact for senior leaders across Product, Technology, and Operations.
Additionally, you will manage the product feedback loop, leverage insights to inform and optimize product strategy, and drive a data-first approach to product operations.
Qualifications include 5+ years of leadership experience managing a Technology Operations or Service Delivery team and 7+ years of experience in financial services or a related technology discipline.
