Product Operations Director

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence in a global product environment, leading a team of Product Operations Managers to connect product, technology, and sales and service operations.
About the Role- Lead a global team of Product Operations Managers to drive operational efficiency and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
- Empower your team to proactively solve problems and navigate complexities in a fast-paced, global organisation.
- Develop and implement incident response and resolution processes, owning escalation paths for high-impact product issues.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide world-class support for operational teams and clients.
- Analyse support tickets and client issues to identify key themes and trends, informing and optimising product strategy.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing Technology Operations or Service Delivery teams.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services or related technology disciplines, with expertise in payments, cards, and treasury.
