Job Opportunity

The Clinical Training Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs. They will collaborate with various functions to ensure training content is aligned with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive alignment on training needs and content quality across the commercial team.
  • Develop and manage clinical training frameworks within the business.
  • Create tailored content for sales force as clinical experts, providing tools and programs for successful understanding and application of products.
  • Deliver product and clinical presentations to customers and physicians to increase their knowledge base on products.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure internal and external content is evidence-based and approved.
  • Lead team members on new assignments and coordinate required activities.
  • Deliver clinical components for strategic projects.
  • Liaise with quality and regulatory teams in response to technical clinical queries and complaints.
  • Work with product marketing to design and deliver training packages for major product launches.
  • Shape Resmed's presence at key clinical events.
  • Stay informed of industry changes by attending associated events.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a medical, nursing, or allied health discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical training, education development, or medical affairs.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and regulatory boundaries.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
