Leadership Role for Training Programs

">Program Lead - Transmission Lines

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape training programs for our Transmission Lines workforce. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training pathways, ensuring compliance with national standards, and aligning training with industry best practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement training pathways for lines apprentices and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with national training requirements (Cert III ESI)
  • Maintain training calendars, content, and audit readiness
  • Build strong relationships with industry to align training with emerging practices
  • Support succession planning by building a capable, future-ready workforce

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in transmission line construction and maintenance, as well as a strong interest in developing others. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in transmission line work in the electricity sector
  • Certificate III ESI - Transmission Overhead and Certificate IV TAE
  • Demonstrated experience in program design and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and industry partnerships
