About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Customer Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis function to support the division's strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Lead a team of financial analysts to provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business cases and investment decisions
  • Oversee the provision of financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
