We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to drive innovation and enhance service delivery across perioperative, surgical ward and ICU services. This executive nursing leadership position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Surgical Services and the Intensive Care Unit at a major hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care across perioperative, surgical ward and ICU services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and executive leaders to drive innovation and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise workforce capability and meet current and future healthcare needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or higher qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior nursing leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in nursing leadership, quality improvement, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
