Job Description

We are seeking an experienced risk and compliance specialist to support the implementation of technology regulatory compliance in Australia and Europe.

As a key member of our Technology Risk team, you will provide operational risk and compliance support to our Technology Business Unit. This includes ensuring we are well positioned to meet new regulatory obligations in relation to CPS 230 and DORA.

You will work closely with the overall Technology Business Unit, Line 2 Risk and Compliance team, and Chief Operating Office to provide key input and support into these regulatory programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of CPS 230 Operational Risk Management and build a profile of compliance with the obligations on behalf of Technology.

  • Coordinate the implementation of DORA, which aims to strengthen ICT security of financial entities in the European Union (EU).

  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders aligned to Technology and across the organisation in identifying, documenting and mapping existing controls and risks to obligations, including identification of any gaps.

  • Keep up with obligation changes and control improvements.
