Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead a significant local project, working alongside a respected team and enjoying the benefits of being home every night. With a strong pipeline of secured projects, this role offers long-term stability and genuine career growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced project manager to join a well-established civil contractor delivering subdivision projects in Bundaberg, QLD.

We seek an individual with proven experience managing subdivision or similar civil infrastructure projects. A Civil Engineering degree is highly regarded, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, solid understanding of project financials and commercial management, excellent stakeholder engagement and client management abilities, and demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous team improvement.
