About the Role

This leadership position oversees strategic operations across multiple regions and leads a team of professionals to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight across multiple regions and sites.
  • Lead and empower a team to achieve high-quality person-centred services.
  • Drive continuous improvement within a participant-focused service delivery model.
  • Leverage systems and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance metrics.
  • Facilitate training and development to ensure high-performance services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, disability services, employers, and community organisations.
  • Achieve performance and quality targets.
  • Represent the organization at forums, industry bodies, and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
  • Extensive leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple regions or large teams, with strong people leadership and coaching capability.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to manage complex programs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Deep understanding of disability inclusion and employment sector reforms.
  • Commercially astute with experience using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Tech-savvy and confident in leading teams through digital tools and reporting systems.
