Seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Centre Manager at our childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resource management, and communication with parents.
  • Mentor and guide Educators and Teachers through coaching and professional development initiatives.
  • Design engaging activities for children's holistic growth and development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
Requirements:
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
