Senior Manager Governance and Asset Strategy

We are seeking a pivotal Senior Manager Governance and Asset Strategy to drive compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold decision integrity in infrastructure management.

This high-impact role involves leveraging senior-level financial and procurement experience in infrastructure, construction, facilities, or asset management to oversee accountabilities, ensure compliance with frameworks, and educate a team on embedding governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy & Practice Governance: Manage policy library - keep documents current, accurate, accessible.
  • Operational Performance & Reporting: Contribute to operational plans, develop KPIs, prep high-level reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external parties.
  • Team Leadership: Monitor workload, HR, budget; lead team to operational readiness.

You Bring:

  • Senior-level financial accounting/procurement experience in facilities/asset management.
  • Knowledge of procurement/financial delegations in complex operations.
  • High-calibre written communication for complex reports to executive level.
  • Strong relationship building, coaching/mentoring skills.
  • Quality assurance/compliance expertise to measure operational performance.
