Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Outreach Clinician. This role involves providing after-hours care and follow-up as part of the Suicide Prevention Outreach team to individuals experiencing or recovering from suicidal distress.

The successful applicant will work alongside peer workers to deliver recovery-oriented support, including crisis response, safety planning, and advocacy.

Key responsibilities include delivering face-to-face and telehealth services to remote communities in the Far West region.

Remuneration: $77,358 - $113,226 + Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 38

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Nursing with current registration.
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in mental health settings, preferably in outreach roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and proficiency in evidence-based treatment techniques.
