Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled dance professional to deliver high-quality programs to students and contribute to our team of instructors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning environments, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective dance programs that cater to diverse student needs
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Maintain open communication channels with students, staff, and parents/guardians

Requirements:

  • Degree in dance or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior coaching or teaching experience in dance
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with standard coaching practices and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
