  • Support the case management of grievances and conduct issues.

Requirements:

  • Remuneration and Benefits - essential - have performed specific data analysis on salaries/rewards/compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment legislation (Modern Award, Enterprise Agreement, Fair Work Act 2009, Anti-discrimination Act 1977, and the Privacy Act 1998).
  • Experience in developing HR Policies and Frameworks.
  • HR Business Advisory / Partnering experience across a blue/white collar workforce.
  • Ability to build trusting working relationships.
  • Problem Solving / Conflict Resolution skills.
  • Performance Coaching and Training experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, team player with a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Employee Relations, Business, Human Resources, or Business.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Return to Work Coordinator – All States and Territories of Australia.
  • Member of the Australian HR Institute.
