  • Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPERVISING A TEAM OF STAFF MEMBERS TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE DELIVERY;
  • MANAGING CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES, INCLUDING BALANCING SAFE AND CASH REGISTERS;

  • Revenue and Financial Responsibility for Cinema: effectively monitoring and responding to payroll considerations on a shift-by-shift basis;
  • Customer Focus: delivering excellence in customer sentiment and improving customer sentiment;
  • Sales & Promotional Opportunities: guaranteeing thorough reading and understanding of campaign briefs and executing all on-shift promotional activities.
