Our organisation seeks an experienced and customer-focused duty manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy cinema complex.
- Key responsibilities include:
- SUPERVISING A TEAM OF STAFF MEMBERS TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE DELIVERY;
- MANAGING CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES, INCLUDING BALANCING SAFE AND CASH REGISTERS;
- Maintaining a secure working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures;
- Assisting with training and development of staff members;
- Implementing and communicating campaigns or events to cinema teams.
Requirements for this role include:
- A current Cinema Worker Level 4 with detailed supervisory experience;
- Retail, Food and Beverage, Cash Handling experience;
- A First Aid Certificate and RSA;
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make effective decisions.
KPIs for this role include:
- Operational Responsibility for Cinema: operational audits and achieving an advanced level of competence in handling cash;
- Overall Leadership and Team Management: leading and cultivating a team through effective coaching and development strategies;
- Revenue and Financial Responsibility for Cinema: effectively monitoring and responding to payroll considerations on a shift-by-shift basis;
- Customer Focus: delivering excellence in customer sentiment and improving customer sentiment;
- Sales & Promotional Opportunities: guaranteeing thorough reading and understanding of campaign briefs and executing all on-shift promotional activities.
