About the Role

As a Frontline Cinema Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, executing tasks associated with supporting the operation of a cinema entertainment complex, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and consistently deliver customer service to a high standard.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all patrons by prioritizing and attending to their needs proactively.
  • Address and handle minor customer feedback, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Actively contribute to and participate in all cinema campaigns.
Requirements
  • Competent in basic maths and English.
  • Competent in cash handling.
