We are looking to fill a position for a Leading Hand – Service Technician at our Corowa dealership.

As a member of our service team, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the department. This includes:

Servicing Machinery

Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment is operating at peak performance.

Leading Team Members

Providing leadership, training, and mentoring to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.

Managing Customer Relations

Communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

Leadership Skills

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Technical Skills

A strong understanding of technical concepts and principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
