Persistent Pain Management Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team in managing individuals with persistent pain. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy or physiotherapy, with experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with persistent pain, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Develop and lead rehabilitation programs to promote functional independence and improve quality of life for patients with persistent pain
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for patients with persistent pain
- Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy or physiotherapy, with registration with AHPRA
- Experience in managing patients with persistent pain, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice
