Senior Portfolio Manager

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a national portfolio of offices and distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage asset registers, including building, plant, and equipment inspections and reporting.
- Work in conjunction with the helpdesk to manage escalations regarding contractor matters.
- Effectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordingly.
- Oversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, stakeholders, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure seamless operations and provide financial data to finance managers as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
