Job Overview

This is a high-impact role with a leading national firm known for its quality, culture and client focus. You'll manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, private family groups and SMEs - delivering advisory-led solutions that go far beyond tax and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and entity types
  • Delivering expert advice on structuring, cash flow, tax planning and commercial strategy
  • Reviewing financials, consolidated statements and tax work prepared by your team
  • Mentoring junior staff and leading the performance and development of the team
  • Providing guidance on complex tax areas including capital gains tax, division 7A and goods and services tax
  • Collaborating with partners on client strategy and internal initiatives
  • Contributing to business development efforts
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years of public practice experience
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing client portfolios
  • A commercial mindset and clear, confident communication skills
  • A desire to progress to senior manager or beyond in the near future
