Job Overview

The role involves championing technical aspects of digital marketing, educating the team on key service lines, and overseeing Pre-Sale Digital Strategists. Key responsibilities include creating in-depth audits for prospective clients, developing SME & enterprise level digital strategies, and training Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Pre-Sale Digital Strategists across SEO, PPC, Social, and UX/UI
  • Create comprehensive audits to uncover growth and revenue opportunities
  • Educate Sales and Pre-Sales teams through technical training sessions
  • Develop strategic plans for multinational brands across SEO, PPC, Social Advertising, and content
  • Oversee strategy creation for pitches, including audits and analyses
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic ideation
  • Train and mentor teams across departments to be experts in key service lines
  • Ensure client-facing collateral is compliant
  • Collaborate with Sales, Head of Presales, and Head of Delivery to streamline processes and maximize client alignment

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of SEO, integrated marketing campaigns, and inbound marketing concepts
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Understanding of website functionality from user and search agent perspectives
  • Able to prioritize and self-manage tasks
  • Possess skills in Google Adwords and Facebook management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords Editor and Bing AdCenter Desktop software
  • Experience planning and implementing integrated campaigns across display, SEM, Social, and PPC
